Eastcott Vineyard offers three well-appointed properties: Merlot Cottage, Cabernet & Sauvignon, located in a delightful rural area of West Devon. The comfortable accommodation has been renovated to a high standard, suitable for year-round holidays.

Richard & Hilary Waller established the vineyard, when they moved here in 2007. The planting is designed to primarily make sparkling wines, supported by a small range of still wines. It may take several years to build the full range, but the first wine was released for sale in 2009. The winery is now in full production and the next still wines will be ready in summer 2010, with the first sparkling before Christmas.

All cottage guests can receive a complimentary tour of the vineyard, winery and tastings.

All cottages have central heating and fully equipped kitchens, with dishwasher & washing machine etc.

MERLOT COTTAGE: Our largest cottage, with 3 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, 2 bathrooms and its own private garden. Sleeps 5. Short breaks available of 3+ nights.

CABERNET: A spacious 2 bedroom barn conversion, with open plan living area. Has shared use of a large orchard garden. Sleeps 4. Short breaks available all year.

SAUVIGNON: A cosy 2 bedroom barn conversion, with open plan living area. Has shared use of a large orchard garden. Sleeps 3. Short breaks available all year.
