We attempt to do this by encouraging children to develop their individual
 strengths and helping them to overcome any personal weaknesses.

 By being aware of these strengths and weaknesses we seek to enable
 children to thrive, giving them more confidence to tackle difficult, different
 or unusual tasks.

 We want our children to be equipped with the skills, knowledge and
 understanding to cope with life not only in our school but in their future
 schools.
